P&F AGM Meeting - Tuesday 7th June 6pm
Due to covid and many challenges this year, the P&F haven’t been able to hold the annual meeting. However, we finally have a date and would love to see as many parents attend as possible.
At this meeting, we will go over the previous years major points, elect committee members, welcome new general committee members and discuss where to from here. We will follow this AGM with a general meeting.
All welcome, please come along and share your ideas and perspectives. We have some amazing fundraising ideas for this year that we would love to share with you.
Fundraising Opportunity - Expression of interest
One of the fundraising ideas we have for this year is to run a colour run and hold a mini school fete in November.
We are seeking expression of interest for this event. Please reach out to us via the email in the flyer if you have a business that you think would be great as a market stall or if you think your business might be able to support this event in another way. We would love to hear from all of you with your ideas for this day.
We will also be asking for helpers with organising this event. Please also reach out to us if you would like to assist in with the organising of this event. As we get closer we will put out a request for helpers for the day but if you can assist in the planning and organising of this event please reach out to us.
