P&F News
Can you believe that another year is almost over and that Christmas is upon us. Although the year has gone by so fast, our small P&F committee has accomplished so many things.
We have raised a total of $37,725.87 throughout the year.
Easter Raffle - $4003.08
Mother's Day Stall and Raffle - $1737.94
Father's Day Stall and Raffle - $2001.69
Colour Run - $27395.47
Colour Run BBQ - $881.50
Tea Towel - $1706.19
With these funds we have paid for things like the Year 6 farewell gifts, garden supplies, installation of Positive affirmations in the school toilets & nowra show society entry.
We have managed all of this with only 4 members on the executive committee. What an amazing effort.
None of this is possible though without the parent helpers that always put their hands up to give us a hand on the day. We thank you so much for your ongoing support. We are truly grateful for this. Another way that you can support us is by coming along to our meetings, where you have the opportunity to have a voice in the decisions that are made.
Without an executive committee the P&F cannot represent parents' voices and provide funds towards supporting your child's learning and other things like upgrades to the school playground, school readers, Year 6 gifts etc. We are open to suggestions on ways that we can get more people coming to our meetings and we are considering other days and times to meet.
We are looking for new members to come to our meetings and everyone is always welcome. We are seeking a fresh start in 2023 with new executive members. If this is something that you are interested in then please reach out to the committee via email stmichaelspnf@gmail.com to find out what is involved. You can also read about each position below.
Thank you to Lisa Webber and Kate O'Sullivan for helping Sophie and Carina to sort out all the prizes.
One of the first items on next year's agenda will be how we use the money raised to upgrade the outdoor learning spaces. If you would like to have a contribution to this then please come along to the meetings.
Thank you to Margaret Gasseling who helped Carina and Sophie to sort out the orders.

We look forward to seeing what next year brings us.
Merry Christmas to you and your loved ones and have a safe break. See you all again in 2023.
