MOTHER'S DAY RAFFLE AND STALL
DIOCESAN CROSS COUNTRY- TUESDAY 23 MAY
We still need some helpers to set up, pack up and assist in managing the canteen. We are looking for helpers to set up from 8am. Please contact P&F via email if your available to assist.
For those attending on the day we have the following items available for sale:

Sausage Rolls - $5
Subway wraps - $6.50
Subway subs - $6.50
Hot dogs - $4
Soft drinks - $2.50
Powerade - $4
Water bottles - $2
Poppers - $1
Snack chips - 50c
Lollies $1
Zappos - $1
Chupa chup lollipops - 60c
Oat bars - $1.60
Selection of whole fruit (apples, bananas, mandarines) - $1
Hot drinks will be available for purchase from the Coffee Van.
P&F MEETING
Our next P&F meeting will be held on Tuesday 13 June at 6pm in the school library.
We will also be streaming the meeting via zoom for those who can’t make it face to face. A zoom link will be sent out via compass on the day.

Publicity Officer
We currently have an executive position available and are looking for nominations.
If you are enjoy managing social media accounts, preparing newsletters, designing flyers for events etc then we need you!!
We are looking for a Publicity Officer.
If this is something you are interested in, please email us with an Expression of Interest and attend the meeting on Tuesday.
Grant Facilitator
We are looking for someone who may have experience in finding and applying for Grants. This opportunity will involve working with the P&F and the school to apply for Grants for any projects that are identified. Please email us if you are interested in this role.
