Dear Families,
As we approach the last day of Term 3, I would like to take this opportunity to thank all the parents and carers who have assisted with our events to date. We have such a great community and coming together to support the school is so important for our children.
With this in mind, P&F would like to invite all parents, grandparents, friends and the wider school community for an end of year morning tea, to say Thank you for contributing to the school spirit. This will be held in Term 4 and a formal invitation will be sent out to families at the beginning of the term.
The school held the Spring Clean up Working Bee last weekend. It was a very productive weekend. Thank you to those parents, teachers and friends who came and assisted.
Our God's Grass Project will be undertaken during the school holidays. This is a very exciting project for the past and present P&F Committee and the school community. This project is being funded partly by a grant received from Veolia and the rest is being contributed from the funds raised at the Colour Run last year. This is going to make a huge difference to the front playground. We will be holding an Opening Ceremony on Wednesday 25 October. More information about this to come.
We are looking for volunteers to assist on the day of the event but also with the planning and organising leading up. If you are available to assist at the event on Wednesday 13 December, please reach out to us. If you are interested in assisting with the planning, we will be having a planning meeting early Term 4, so please send us an email letting us know and we will be in touch. The Colour run will be launched at the beginning of Term 4. More information will be sent out to families and students during Week 1.
P&F MEETING- TUESDAY 10 OCTOBER
We would like to invite you to our Parents & Friends Meeting on Tuesday 10 October at 6pm in the School Library, and for those unable to make it, via Zoom. We would love for you to join us!
Thank you again to all parents, grandparents and the wider school community for your continued support.
