Year 6 attended their 'Spirit Day' at the Nowra Showground on Thursday 20 June, as part of their Religion Unit: Celebrating the Gift of the Holy Spirit. Students participated in liturgy, prayer, mindfulness, craft, Ben's Walk and being out in God's creation.

Although it was a chilly start to the day, the wind eventually dropped and the warmth of the sun allowed everyone to enjoy the outdoor activities.

A BIG thank you to our Year 6 Teachers and Support Teachers, along with our Aboriginal Educational Assistants and Mrs Royston for all their efforts in making today a wonderful experience for all involved.

An extra special thank you to the students for their reverance and engagement in Spirit Day.

Many of our Year 6 students and candidates from the Parish will receive the Sacrament of Confirmation during the weekend of 29/30 June 2024. Please keep these students in your prayers as they prepare for this important part of their faith journey.

Our Year 6 Mini Vinnies will be participating in our annual Winter Sleep Out on Friday 9 August in the school hall. They will be collecting sponsorship for the St Vincent de Paul Winter Appeal. If you would like to sponsor a student, donations can be received at the school office. A mufti day will be held for Kindergarten to Year 6 next term on Wednesday 7 August. Families will be asked to donate a gold coin.

Year 3 will be leading the Grade mass on Friday 28 June at 10am in the church. Year 6 will also be attending this service. We welcome you to join us.
