CHILD OF THE ADF MEDALLION RECIPIENT

Congratulations to Joseph Frith of Year 5 on receiving the Child of the ADF Medallion, presented on 20 September 2024. 

The Child of the ADF Medallion is presented to children who have shown resilience and growth in managing the challenges of the ADF lifestyle.

The Child of the ADF Medallion Program is open to all Defence children aged 18 years and under who have experienced one or more of the following:
• Managing a relocation
• Connecting to a new community following relocation
• Managing lengthy absence or frequent absences of the ADF family member due to service requirements
• Absence of ADF member due to short notice posting, deployment or exercise.

ANZAC DAY SCHOOL'S AWARD 2024

We received an ANZAC Day School Certificate of Achievement for our outstanding achievement in commemorating the service and sacrifice of Australian service men and women in the 2024 ANZAC School Awards Competition. Thank you to all Year 6 students for your fabulous contributions. 

PIZZA PARTIES 

On Friday 20 September, students of Defence families in Kindergarten, Year 1, Year 2, and Year 3 enjoyed a pizza party in the garden.  

Defence students in Years 4,5 and 6, along with students who assisted with the ANZAC School Awards competition were also treated to a Pizza party on Wednesday 25 September.

Thank you to our wonderful Year 4 girls for helping sort the beads to prepare for Term 4.
