ST MICHAEL'S FEAST DAY
On the final day of Term 3, we celebrated St Michael’s Feast Day with a Liturgy followed by Year 6 students hosting our Mission Fair. What a lovely way to finish the term. The students enjoyed using their tokens at the many stalls, including hair spray, ice-cream spiders, what’s in the box, make a lolly bag and many more. The most popular stall was SLIME!
Thank you to all the families who donated up to $10 for your child/children to participate in the Mission Fair. All monies raised went to Catholic Mission to support the women of Zambia. Women farmers are building stronger futures with sustainable farming. St Michael’s School raised $4138.30 to help Zambian families grow food and hope.
Thank you for bringing hope through giving!
SACRAMENT OF FIRST HOLY COMMUNION
A number of Year 3 students are completing the Sacramental Program in preparation for their First Holy Communion. Please keep these students and their families in your prayers as they continue their faith journey and grow closer to Jesus.
SACRAMENT OF RECONCILIATION
Students in Year 4 and 5 will have the opportunity to receive Reconciliation on a Friday between 9am and 10am this term. This sacrament takes place before Christmas as a way for students to receive forgiveness and renew their relationship with God before celebrating the birth of Jesus.
