Attached to today's newsletter is a two page information brochure explaining how NAPLAN Online will operate this year. There is an excellent website link for you to find out a great deal of information as well as 'frequently asked questions'. There is also information on how to prepare your child for the online platform. 

To ensure the technology is prepared to function efficiently, this Monday all students in Years 3 and 5 will participate in the NAPLAN school readiness test, designed to help schools assess their technical and administrative readiness in a ‘dress rehearsal’ for May. It will allow students to become more familiar with the NAPLAN Online test format. The readiness test only assesses device capacity to connect to the NAPLAN site, and does not test academic content. ALL Year 3 and 5 STUDENTS WILL REQUIRE THEIR HEADPHONES ON MONDAY.
