How fitting to celebrate the Sacrament of Confirmation on the Feast of All Saints - 1 November. Congratulations to our Year 6 students and their teachers and their families for all their hard work, it was evident in the reverence displayed during all the masses.  A BIG thank you to Carolyn Collins who worked tirelessly behind the scenes and to Bernice Royston for once again transforming the hall into a magnificent sacred space for this important sacrament. Finally thank you to Fr Leo, who on behalf of Bishop Brian Confirmed our Year 6 students, his first Sacrament of Confirmation at St Michael’s.

First Holy Communion will take place at St Michael’s on Saturday 21 November at 11am and 2pm and Sunday 22 November at 11 am and 2pm, the Feast of Christ the King. Please keep our Year 3 candidates and the candidates from the parish in your prayers over the coming week. Year 3 will attend Reconciliation next week in the lead up to receiving the Eucharist.

A BIG THANK YOU to our St Michael’s school community for generously donating to Catholic Mission appeal. Our school community raised an amazing $1300 to help support the children with disabilities in Cambodia.
